We require guests to complete release forms prior to riding

We have these forms available when you come to our facility, but some choose to complete these forms ahead of time prior to arriving.

If a rider is under 18, they need to have the form completed and signed by their parent/guardian.

A. General Release Form

The general release form must be completed by all riders.

B. Helmet Waiver Form

This form needs to be filled out for all riders who opt-out of wearing a helmet while riding. We provide free helmets and encourage riders to wear them.
